Splurge Getaway: Avani Sepang Goldcoast Birthday trip

  Sepang Goldcoast resort, now known as Avani Sepang Goldcoast resort is a perfect vacation place on my wish list. My beloved boyfie has planned this trip to bring me to the Avani Sepang Goldcoast during my 26th birthday. We are so lucky to be able to book a superior room which will normally cost about RM700 with only RM380 ~ ~ ~ So excited!!!!

  It is located near to Tanjung Sepat, and you can find the coordination here. It tooks us about 4 hours drive from Penang island to reach there. Upon arrival, boyfie drop me at the lobby entrance and he needs to park the car outside of the resort where buggy will be at service. Immediately, I'm greet by the hotel staff and the luggage has been taken care of. This is the nice part staying at a good hotel! Then I proceed to check in while waiting for boyfie to join me from parking. Our room is ready so we proceed to take the buggy to our room!!! Here start our stay at the heavenly resort ~ ~ ~

  Our room located at the 2nd trunk of the whole resort near to the club house. And this is our room, family villa which can accommodate up to 4 people. It is a surprise as this is a free upgrade by the hotel from superior room! We are so happy on this upgrade and start to explore every corner in the room.

  And we took out the famous Kajang Satay which we "ta bao" earlier to enjoy together with salad we prepare this morning. Yummy yummy!!!!!!

  And it's time to explore the resort now, with bicycle! This is the fun part to stay at this resort, where I seldom get the chance to cycle after my high school time. It bring back a lot of memories...... *feeling nostalgic

  After explore for a while it looks like going to be raining cats and dogs so we rush back to our room! *sad sad sad..... Feeling like a waste of time because we did not get to play the activities provided, however we did enjoy staying in the room and enjoy the really nice bed.

  It keeps raining until about 8pm and since we have book for a massage session at 8.30pm, we decided to skip our dinner because we had a late lunch today. So we went to enjoy and splurge on the massage session ^.^ I really love the 1.5 hour massage session, it is so nice and relaxing! My body and mind feel super relax and calm after the massage, but it does not cure my hungry stomach :p So we ordered room service since it is already 10pm and most of the restaurant will be closing in 30mins.

  And next morning we wake up to see the sunrise while riding around the resort when lots of people still sleeping in their comfy bed.

  After that, we had our breakfast at Bila-bila restaurant which provide a wide variant of food. Then we went to the private beach to see if we can do some water sport activity which is free of charge because we did get to experience it yesterday due to raining. However due to the low tide most of the activity is not available. There is a bicycle tour where I don't feel like going, so we just chilling at the beach bench and play some mini golf.

  And then we decided to just chill at the pool side until noon time. We are allow to have a late check out by 3pm so we enjoy our last few moment before checking out.

  And that's the end of our stay at Avani Sepang Goldcoast resort, I think this is the best birthday present ever. We will definitely visit again!!!
