Langkawi trip Day 2: Air Hangat Village (Hot spring)

Next on the map after Black Sand beach, the Air Hangat village with less than 5 mins drive. I have attached the photo below for your reference. It is a map which you can get it at the airport tourism information counter, which provide accurate location information. As you can see below, Point A is where Black Sand beach located and Point B is Air Hangat Village. You may also refer to this coordination if you wish to use GPS to get to there, however this is an estimation as we could not find the correct one on Google map. You will find it on your right coming from the direction of round about.

Upon arrival, we found this place is very quite and mind calming, with a few pond with hot spring water coming out from the ground. There is also a few private room available for luxury spa experience, which I did not ask for the price *not plan to experience, must be very expensive : (

Hot spring is known for the benefit of increasing blood circulation, promoting cell oxygenation and eliminating toxic from the body. However, the big pond as shown in picture above is not very well maintained, lots of algae can be seen so we do not dare to put our foot into it. Worried that instead of promoting health we get skin infection instead. LOL!!

Walk all the way to the end of the garden, we saw there is a lady providing foot massage service costing RM20 for 15mins. It is a good idea to get a foot massage after a long tiring walking day, unwinding the tiredness. You may give it a try when you visit to Air Hangat Village during your Langkawi trip.

We come to a smaller pond, with a few people where immersing their foot into the hot spring water and I decided to give it a try! The water was HOT!!!! Careful when you try to put your feet in, but after a while you get used to it and it is a great experience to me : )

And that's about all of it, we spend about 20 mins there, nothing too exciting or interesting. But if you have budget, you may get a spa experience there and share with us : )

Where to eat in Langkawi: Chinese coffee shop

Saw a lot of post complaint about there is no Chinese food in Langkawi, so here I am to share where did I find Chinese food in Langkawi during my trip.   Besides the seafood restaurant Tong Sham Yun Seafood  which you could read about the review following the link above, I'm gonna share about the lunch that we had after island hooping.   This is the kind of coffee shop that we could find around Malaysia, however I did not see much in Langkawi. We found it on our way back to hotel in the afternoon, located at the end of the same street where Hotel Bahagia located. Sorry for not remember the name of the shop, but it is easy to spot if you can find Hotel Bahagia, or follow the coordination I shared below.   There is not much variety or stall in the shop, and we saw most of the customer are from local and many of them are having Pan Mee. So we follow and ordered dried Pan Mee which cost RM 5.00. Quite reasonable in fact, knowing we a...
